Shipping, Returns & Exchanges FAQ

Where are you shipping from? 

We ship from our warehouse in the United States of America. 

What is the estimated delivery time? 

Your delivery time will depend on your location. For orders from the USA, we estimate between 3-5 business days. For international orders, this may take additional time depending on which country you are shipping to. 

Who do you ship with?

For each order, our warehouse finds the shipping option best suited to your location. 

What is your shipping policy?

We will ship to the UK, USA, Australia and Canada for £3.50 and the rest of the world for £10. We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER £70. 

Please note, for some countries, additional costs may apply. Please check with your local post office for further information. Blu-Ban Brand does not accept responsibility for another country's taxes or customs charges which may be imposed when your parcel is delivered. In the event that an international shipment attracts custom duties and taxes, you are required to pay all duties and taxes on the order upon the arrival of your goods in your country. We will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to not pay customs charges, as these are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that some countries have far lower thresholds than others and prior to ordering you are best to check your local government web site. 

We are not responsible for lost or damage package during transit and will do our best to resolve any issues that may arise in transit, however we can make no guarantee.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer simple 30-day returns and easy exchanges. If you are wishing to return or exchange our glasses please contact our support team at: support@blubanbrand.com. 

All of our returns follow the same procedures:

• Product must be received in our warehouse within 30 days of recieving your order. Please allow sufficient return shipping time.

 The product is in new and saleable condition.

 All return postage fees are covered by the customer.

 If exchanging your glasses for another pair, we will pay for the new pair to be shipped to you. 

 If you request a refund, it will be credited to the same account from which original payment was made.

 If you exchange a pair of Blu-Bans we will post this exchanged pair to you for free however if you then decide to return this exchanged pair for a refund, a £7.50 postage cost will be deducted from your refund.

 International customers who wish to exchange their glasses, are required to pay the international shipping fee for their exchange order to be despatched.
